1i. Resistor enquiry:
– Please provide the resistor type, power rating, resistance value suitable for your application with quality.
– Our company supports both bulk and small-quality sample orders.
– According to Ohm’s law, two high-power resistors with the same power rating and difference in resistance values will have two different load current capacities. That means different resistance materials will be used, sometimes affecting the resistor cost.
1ii. Capacitor enquiry:
– Two capacitors with the same Capacitance and Voltage do not mean they have the same RMS Current, Frequency, Temperature, and Discharge Current Capacity.
– If possible, please send more details about your existing capacitors and situations.
Our Sales Team will arrange a suitable Resistor / Capacitor quotation for your consideration.
2. Ordering:
– Confirming your Order simply by returning email to us with quantity and shipping address or
– email your Formal Order to us
3. Payment Procedure and Options:
3i. Bank Wire Transfer:
– A pdf Proforma Invoice will be emailed customers; customers can check the order details before payment.
– Our Bank details will be listed on the Proforma Invoice.
– Most of cases, this is the cheapest way to make a payment.
– Depending on your bank and country, the processing might take 1 – 3 days.
– If the purchase amount is less than US$500.0, customers responsible for all the bank charges, including overseas and local bank charges.
3ii. Other Payment Options:
a. L/C: The processing might take a few days to 1 – 2 weeks, depending on your bank and country.
b. 30 – 50% deposit and balance L/C: for an order amount higher than US$20,000
c. Credit Card: for total amount US$10.0 – US$500.0
– Credit card payment is instantaneous.
– We work with https://www.PayPal.com for all credit card payments.
– Our admin colleague will send a Proforma Invoice via the PayPal system. Please double-check your order details on it before settling the order payment.
– The credit card and PayPal will charge us 5-6% as their handling charge. And our company will charge customers 2.5%.
– We respect customer’s privacy. None of our staff can ask for your Credit Card details.
– The transaction cost for Bank Wire Transfer is cheaper, in most cases, than PayPal.

– The process can be completed within 10 minutes without handling charge.
– Our account or sales colleagues will send payment confirmation and delivery schedule after receiving payment.
We provide One Year quality guarantee for all our Load Banks and Load Boxes.
Provided that:
– The Load Banks and Load Boxes are used within the agreed design specification.
– Load Bank failure or damage is related to the design, component quality, or manufacturing defects.
– Load Bank is not altered or modified.
When there is a failure within the guarantee period, and the above conditions are alright, we will arrange the replacement spare part and send it to the customer for replacement free of charge, including the transportation cost.
The customer needs to send us back the failure part for evaluation. We need this to find the cause of failure.
After the One Year Quality Guarantee period, customers can purchase spare parts from us anytime.
5. Shipment:
– Our company will make shipment within the confirmed schedule.
– Most Power Resistors can be shipped within 2~9 days, depends on the order quantity and production status.
– Load Bank can be shipped within 2~5 weeks.
– When a shipment is made, we will email the invoice, packing list, and a tracking number to you.
– The original invoice and packing list will be shipped with the consignment.
