Product Improvement : HKFC reserve the right to make process and/or product improvements without notice to improve design, reliability, or performance and meet the agreed component specifications. During your order placement, please check to make sure the latest revision of the part specification is applicable if that is a standard part.
Supply : We also reserve the right to discontinue the production and delivery of products. Therefore, we are not able to guarantee that all our listed components will always be available. This, however, does not apply to cases with individual agreements.
Component suitability : Customers should perform suitable test(s) on the components’ suitability against their applications before installing the components to their applications. All our suggestions are based on the components parameters against the information that customers gave. Please always consider HKFC as either unfamiliar with customer’s design and application or is less familiar than the customer themselves. Because of this, customer ultimately takes full responsibility for verifying HKFC’s suggested specification against their actual application parameters.
Handling : For High Voltage, Power and Current components should handle with care to avoid electrical flashover, thermal and mechanical stress. Those can cause premature failure.
Due to high power components, all personal should use appropriate safety measures to avoid any electric shock in all circumstances.
All components should be stored in a dust free and climate controlled condition.
We exclude any liability and warranty for all mishandled components.
No warranty : Although HKFC and our partners take the necessary steps to ensure that the customer is receiving components that passed rigorous quality control tests, the malfunction or failure of a component cannot be completely ruled out.
HKFC makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of product suitability for customer applications. Some applications requiring extreme reliability, it is customer’s duty to include some redundancy or protective circuity in their design. Unless verified in writing by HKFC, no components are designed for use in medical, life-saving, or life-sustaining applications or any other application in which product failure could result in personal injury or death.
